ALGEMENE HUURVOORWAARDEN

Artikel 1. De huurder verklaart de E-chopper in goede staat te hebben ontvangen. Bij het ontvangen van de E-chopper krijgt u een instructie over de werking. De huurder wordt geacht de E-chopper in dezelfde staat terug te brengen.

Artikel 2. De huurder van de E-chopper dient een minimum leeftijd te hebben van 16 jaar en dient zich te legitimeren met een geldig Nederlands rijbewijs of een geldig bromfietscertificaat. De E-chopper is geschikt voor 1 persoon, en bij de e-chopper GTS is er een mogelijkheid een kind va 6 jaar mee te nemen voor of achter op.

Artikel 3. De huurder dient zich gedurende de huurperiode te allen tijde te houden aan de Nederlandse wetgeving en op Nederlands grondgebied te blijven. Naast het eerbiedigen van de verkeersregels wordt men geacht op een verantwoorde manier met de E-chopper om te gaan en is het verboden alcohol, drugs en/of medicijnen (die de rijvaardigheid kunnen beïnvloeden) te gebruiken voor of tijdens de rit.

Artikel 4. De huurder dient vóór aanvang van de verhuur het totale bedrag van de overeenkomst betaald te hebben. Wij werken zonder borg, maar mocht er iets aan de echopper kapot zijn bij terugkomst is de huurder aansprakelijk en moet de kosten van reparatie volledig betalen.

Artikel 5. Het huren van de E-chopper geschiedt op eigen risico. De verhuurder is niet aansprakelijk voor welke vorm van schade dan ook ontstaan gedurende de huurperiode aan huurder, derden en/of goederen. Verkeersovertredingen en de daaruit voortvloeiende kosten zijn voor rekening van de huurder.

Artikel 6.Voor schade aan derden zijn de E-choppers W.A. verzekerd. Dit betekent dat er bij schade aan derde een eigen risico van € 1000,- per gebeurtenis is, welk bedrag voor rekening van de huurder komt.

Artikel 7. Bij schade aan de gehuurde E-chopper is de huurder is aansprakelijk, ongeacht of dit gevolg is van schuld van de huurder of van derden. Bij schade dient de verhuurder te allen tijde ingelicht te worden en dient een schadeformulier ter plekke ingevuld te worden. De huurder zal de kosten van herstel, waaronder die van beschadigde onderdelen, aan de verhuurder vergoeden. Verhuurder is bij een schade gerechtigd om deze met de ontvangen waarborgsom te verrekenen, onverminderd het recht op aanvullende schadevergoeding.

Artikel 8. Bij parkeren dient de huurder de sleutels uit het contactslot te halen en is hij/zij ervoor verantwoordelijk dat de E-chopper altijd in het zicht staat en zal hij/zij er voor zorgdragen dat deze niet wordt gestolen. Bij diefstal/vermissing is de huurder aansprakelijk voor de dagwaarde van de E-chopper.

Artikel 9. Het is huurder en medehuurders niet toegestaan de E-chopper aan derden in gebruik of onderhuur af te staan ofwel de huurrechten geheel of gedeeltelijk aan derden over te dragen.

Artikel 10. De maximale afstand van de E-chopper is 55 km bij de GTS en 110 bij de 6.0. De huurder wordt geacht zich hieraan te houden. Indien de accu leeg raakt door het overschrijden van de maximale afstand, worden er ophaalkosten in rekening gebracht. De ophaalkosten bedragen €20,-

Artikel 11. De huurder zal als een goede beheerder met de hem/haar verhuurde E-chopper omgaan en deze overeenkomstig de bestemming gebruiken. Verhuurder is te allen tijde gerechtigd om het gehuurde na vermeend misbruik in te nemen zonder terugbetaling.

Artikel 12. De huurder kan tot 5 dagen van te voren kosteloos annuleren. Vanaf 5 dagen tot 1 dag van te voren wordt er 50% van het totaalbedrag in rekening gebracht. Vanaf 24 uur van te voren is het niet meer mogelijk om te boeking te annuleren.

Article 1. The tenant confirms to have received the E-chopper in good condition. When you receive the E-chopper you will receive an instruction about its operation. The tenant is expected to return the E-chopper in the same good condition.
Article 2. The tenant of the E-chopper must at least be 16 years old and must show a valid identification document (either a Dutch driver’s license or a valid moped certificate). The E-chopper is suitable for 1 person, and with the e-chopper GTS there is a possibility to take a child from 6 years on the front or back.
Article 3. The tenant must always comply with Dutch legislation and remain on Dutch territory during the rental period. In addition to respecting the traffic rules, it is expected that the E-chopper is handled in a responsible manner, and it is prohibited to use alcohol, drugs and/or medicines (which can affect driving ability) before or during the ride.
Article 4. The tenant must have paid the total amount of the agreement (including deposit) before the start of the rental. The deposit consists of an amount of € 50 per E-chopper. This deposit will be returned to the tenant if the E-chopper is returned in the same condition as when it was received.
Article 5. Renting the E-chopper is at your own risk. The Zeeuwse Toerist (lessor) is not liable for any form of damage whatsoever arising during the rental period to the tenant, third parties and/or goods. Traffic violations and the resulting costs are for the account of the tenant.
Article 6. For damage to third parties, the E-choppers is “W.A.-verzekerd”. This means that in the event of damage to a third party, there is an excess of €175 per event, which amount is for the account of the tenant.
Article 7. In the event of damage to the rented E-chopper, the tenant is liable to the lessor, regardless of whether this is the result of fault of the tenant or third parties. In the event of damage, the lessor must be always informed, and a claim form must be completed on site. The tenant will reimburse the lessor for the repair costs, including those of damaged parts. In the event of damage, the lessor is entitled to settle this against the deposit received, without prejudice to the right to additional compensation.
Article 8. When parking, the tenant must remove the keys from the ignition and is responsible for ensuring that the E-chopper is always in sight and will ensure that it is not stolen. In the event of theft/loss, the tenant is liable for the current value of the E-chopper.
Article 9. The tenant and co-tenants are not permitted to hand over or sub rent the E-chopper to third parties, or to transfer the rental rights in whole or in part to third parties.
Article 10. The maximum distance of the E-chopper is 55 km with the GTS and 110 with the 6.0. The tenant is expected to adhere to this. If the battery runs out due to exceeding the maximum distance, a collection fee will be charged. The collection costs are €20,-
Article 11. The tenant will handle the E-chopper rented out to him/her as a good manager and use it in accordance with the purpose. The lessor is at all times entitled to take the rented property after alleged abuse without refund.
Article 12. The tenant can cancel free of charge up to 5 days in advance. From 5 days to 1 day in advance, 50% of the total amount will be charged. It is no longer possible to cancel a booking from 24 hours in advance.
